Kerryn is the director of 28th Street Agency and a licensed buyer’s agent with over 15 years of experience in property acquisition and investment. Her passion for real estate, architecture, and design started early and has driven a career dedicated to transforming properties and guiding clients toward smart, confident decisions.

With a background in design and entrepreneurship, Kerryn has successfully built and sold businesses while honing her ability to spot potential in every property. She’s especially committed to supporting women, particularly single mothers and those post-separation, through her EmpowerHER programme, and proudly contributes to Catherine House, Adelaide’s women’s shelter, with every deal.

Today, Kerryn works with both owner-occupiers and investors in South Australia and across Australia, combining data-driven insights with genuine care to help clients achieve their property goals.

Mary is a seasoned property investor and strategist with a formidable track record of over 25 development projects across three Australian states. As our New Buyers Agent & Portfolio Strategist, she specialises in identifying high-potential development sites, renovators, and strategic investment properties nationwide.

Marjorie (Marj) is part of the 28th Street Agency Property Sourcing team, where she plays a key role in uncovering both on-market and off-market opportunities for clients. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong focus on research and organisation, she keeps the property database current and ensures a steady pipeline of quality options.

With 7 years of experience across commercial and residential real estate, plus a Bachelor’s degree, Marj brings operational expertise that supports clients at every stage. She has worked alongside CEOs, investors, agents, and valuers in both the US and Australia, including Steve Kehoe Realty in Chicago and five years with Ray White commercial.
